Transmission and response-cost exclusion
COMMUNICABLE DISEASE
(1) "Bodily injury", "property damage", or "personal and advertising injury" arising out of the actual or alleged transmission of an "infectious or communicable disease";
(2) Any request, demand, order, or statutory or regulatory requirement that any insured or others test for, monitor, clean up, remove, contain, detoxify, or neutralize, or in any way respond to or assess the effects of an "infectious or communicable disease"; or
(3) Any claim or suit by or on behalf of any government authority or any other person, entity, or organization for damages because of testing for, monitoring, cleaning up, removing, containing, treating, detoxifying, or neutralizing, or in any way responding to, or assessing the effects of, an "infectious or communicable disease".Selected excerpt from this form.
